We informed them.we were paying cash.Still they went back and forth and told my sil it was $17,000 out the door tax, tag, title transfer. He thought he was doing a good deal by getting it down to fifteen. Still , they forced Me to sign a paper saying I was applying for credit.I argued with them. And said I am not applying for credit. They told me it has to go through that way for my credit confirmation to prove my identity. Then they forced us into the finance office me protesting saying this makes no sense.I am not financing anything. They insisted that she would have to close the deal. She gave me some actual papers to sign. Then she told me the rest was on the computer and that I should use the mouse to initial and sign the other papers. She scrolled fast to each and every spot for me to initial and sign. We had already been there over five hours to buy a cash car. On my way home, the car left me stranded when it went into limp mode at 9pm. The gas gauge showed.I had 15 miles to go, but I guessed there was no gas and luckily.I sailed right into a gas station and picked up ten gallons. When I started the car back up it went into limp mode again. After sitting for a while with the car off.I started it again and it took me home. The next morning Sunday it ran just fine.So I assumed it's because it ran out of gas. The next day I went somewhere and again. It went into limp mode while I was in the middle of an intersection in the rain It was late afternoon and I called them I couldn't it started before they clised.I finally started it and I drove it home and I pulled a code.P0174 And then I got out all the paperwork to find out who to call and the name of the sales person. When I did I saw that they had increased the sales price of the car from 10,900 to 11,600 and then added-on lojack. For $600, dealer loyalty for $299. And some type of insurance policy against the undercoating failing for $399. None of that was discussed with me.However, the sales person mentioned lojack to my son-in-law.Who had the check and he said no she's not gonna want that. Apparently they didn't care and they put it on anyway. I took it in the next morning for them to look at why it kept going into limp mode.. While they fixed a " bad ground" (they said was the problem) I spoke to Danny, the sales manager and told him I was over the way that they slid lojack and all the other additives on and I want them canceled. He seemed very understanding and even agreed that the way his sales person conducted himself was not right and he explained to me how HE does business business and it was not the way his sales person did. He said he'd look into it.. Guess what he did? He sent that sales guy over Chris or Cody, can't remember. I pulled out all my papers and pointed out every single thing and told him I want them all canceled. And the money refunded to my son in law He informed me that I was out of luck and that it was impossible to cancel lojack or the other 2 things that they added on.. I did tell him that he had not seen or heard the last of me and he just got up and left. While I waited for the car Danny then assured me that I would hear from him.He even said to be certain to watch for his call because it was not a local area code.. No call.. Was there at that point in time a way I could have canceled? If so they weren"t going to tell me. EDIT: 8/31 The car died again. EDIT 9/4 They finally sent me a text bill to replace a bad alternator for $2700 for a new one.. BBB, Google, FB, and a complaint to the States Atty's office. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! obviously the alternator was bad the day I bought it. Tarik the service manager is the only one who was fabulous and truthful. Update: 9/11/24 I was informed that both the General Manager and the Sales Manager were no longer there and their replacements were just as dishonest. I'm towing the car somewhere else, ANYWHERE else! More

There was only one guy there on Saturday providing service for customers who came for regular maintenance. It delayed everything and you could tell he was frustrated. The service has gone DOWN since n service for customers who came for regular maintenance. It delayed everything and you could tell he was frustrated. The service has gone DOWN since new management or new owner took over. I hope it gets better or I’m going somewhere else to get my maintenance done. More
I dealt with the service department and Tony was awesome! He had us finished and out same day when we thought it was going to take a few days. Always ask for Tony! He had us finished and out same day when we thought it was going to take a few days. Always ask for Tony! More
I came in for service. My car was on the warranty. I still had to pay $1000. They were supposed to take a look at my gas tank, which was broken from the day. I got it and m My car was on the warranty. I still had to pay $1000. They were supposed to take a look at my gas tank, which was broken from the day. I got it and my back door window. I was told that it would cost a lot of money, and it would be a lot of work they had to take apart … but it turned out that it was under warranty anyway so I felt very ripped off. They wanted me to pay $3000 to fix my windows. I went to another dealership and they said it would cost $500. I would never go back and I would never buy a Nissan again. There were so many recalls on my car. It was ridiculous. More
