I was disappointed that my service advisor did not write up everything I brought in my car for and did not keep me posted on how long my car would be taking to complete the job. I was having my front headli up everything I brought in my car for and did not keep me posted on how long my car would be taking to complete the job. I was having my front headlights replaced and an oil change and tire rotation which shouldn’t take longer than 2.5 hours. I was waiting over 4 hours. When I left I was not informed if he ever ordered a part for my car which I asked about when I brought in the car to be serviced. I asked the cashier to speak to the service manager and she said he was busy. I wrote an email to the dealership to express my concern, clearly the internet manager didn’t read my e mail. I received 2 calls today 1/3/23 asking if I want to trade in my car and purchase another vehicle. I really don’t know how things run at suntherlin Nissan but my service experience on Friday 12/30 was not pleasant. More
