The only problem is that while they have an opt-out option on each email sent to you, it does nothing. I tried several times to opt-out from any firther emails and I continued to get more emails. Finally, I sent an email to the dealership (Nissan of Garden City) and told them that essentially they are sending me spam since their opt-out link diesn't stop any emails from coming. I told them to get me off their email list since spam is illegal and not providing an opt-out option makes their emails spam. Their response was an email from Alisa Nuhanovic saying she would be in touch with me about buying a new car (not only do I not want a new car, but after reading about this dealer on this site, I would NEVER buy anything from them, not ever). Perhaps their internet rep, Alisa Nuhanovic, should learn how to read an email. These people are to be avoided. More

Sean so helpful to me when I had discrepancies on a lease return bill. He calmed me down and went out of her way to fix the issue for me. The whole thing was resolved in less than an hour. My 1995 Nissan Maxima is not normally something I service at the dealership. Recently I received a phone call from Nissan of Garden City informing me of a $9 special that they were running for oil changes. at the dealership. Recently I received a phone call from Nissan of Garden City informing me of a $9 special that they were running for oil changes. Since that's actually less than I pay at a local mechanic, I scheduled an appointment. I arrived to find the service department to be quite busy, which made me rather nervous, but I proceded with the service anyway. I was greeted almost immediately by Sarah, who had a bubbly enthuastic personality. I sat on the couch in the waiting room and it seemed that by the time I had opened my magazine, they were calling my name. My first instinct was that they needed additional information, but it was actually to inform me that the vehicle was complete. They had topped off my fluids and even placed that little sticker in the corner of my window reminding me when to come back! More

I negotiated a price for a used car, then was hit with add-ons. When we finally reached an agreement, they refused to accept their internet coupon, even tho' we had not signed. 1-Poor customer treatment ie-massive use of profanity 1-Poor customer treatment ie-massive use of profanity (Negative words)to customers 2-They admitted customer satisfaction is not their top priority 1-Poor customer treatment ie-massive use of profanity (Negative words)to customers 2-They admitted customer satisfaction is not their top priority 3-Not keeping word, even with written contract.(changing prices and adding other fees without letting the customer know) 4-Arguing with customer when we ask for explanation about hidden charges. 5-Car that I did the paper work for, and the car that I was going to pick up was totally different. So I had to cancel the insurance and spend time and money changing the insurance. 6- Promised a navigation if a purchase was made, but backed off from the offer when all papers were signed. 7-Lie-Nance manager(Finance) lied about APR, credit score, and tried to mislead with buying the 2000 dollar warranty 8-Again, Massive use of indecent words and insulting customers about our work, what we do, and how we tried to bargain to get hidden charges out of bill made us leave the dealership very well disappointed and hurt. 9- Managers were more focused on how to xxxx of the customer rather than satisfying them. ----Im not saying all the workers are bad, but try to avoid these guys especially LIE-NANCE people. Infact try to avoid Nissan Of Garden City at all cost. More
These guys are so anxious to get you in a new car that they will do anything including lie about programs that do not apply to you. I returned a 2007 and leased a 2010. My lease was not up until August an they will do anything including lie about programs that do not apply to you. I returned a 2007 and leased a 2010. My lease was not up until August and they said a "pull ahead" or "pull forward" program would cover up to my last 3 months of payments. I am now liable for the last 2 payments for a vehicle that I don't even have anymore. The program did not apply to me even though they told me it did. They kept me there for 4 hours and ripped me off for close to $600 in lease payments on top of hidden charges on the new lease which was another $600. Stay far away from this dealership. They should be wearing masks!! More
