Do not waste your time at this dealership, unnecessary BS fees involved. I saved my self $7,000 by going to a different dealership also in Long Island, bought my car the same day from a different place. Firs fees involved. I saved my self $7,000 by going to a different dealership also in Long Island, bought my car the same day from a different place. First off the salesman was friendly, he transferred over to his manager for negotiations (Not sure of name but white guy with a beard). You could smell the arrogance off this guy, super rude, super hostile, never had a customer experience so rude and have been purchasing cars for the passed decade. An extra $7,000 in fees they tried to charge! At the other Nissan dealership they laughed and said let me guess they tried to charge you $7,000 in fees. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. There's dealerships that won't be rude and won't charge absolute BS fees. More

BEWARE OF PURCHASING A USED CAR HERE. Purchased a used car for our 18 yr old son. It couldn't pass inspection for 2 days. The original salesman Herbie' Santos just left and never told us while we waited ou car for our 18 yr old son. It couldn't pass inspection for 2 days. The original salesman Herbie' Santos just left and never told us while we waited outside until closing. We entered the showroom at 2 pm and left at 9pm waiting for the car to pass inspection. Then had to wait the next day also to see if the car could pass inspection.. Herbie left the deal and we had no clear correspondence. Then when we went to pay and sign papers my 18 yr old son was told to his face by Ranjit S Sachdev that we had free oil changes 2 yrs for our troubles. Well this was false. Nissan has no record of any free oil changes. We emailed Ranjit S Sachdev and Dan Turin. Dan never responded to any of our emails. But a woman named Danielle called because they didn't want a bad review and promised she would fix the issue and to look for an email in the next day or two with the oil changes. That was weeks ago. She informed us that Ranjit S Sachdev no longer worked at Nissan. But his name is on the dealer website and he also answered his Nissan emails. Scamming all around from everyone at this dealership. Herbie knew that this car was for our son to drive back to college in Florida. We told him as soon as we walked in the dealership. To sell a car to an 18 yr old that couldn't pass inspection for 2 days. Then to not even offer any compensation is bad business practice. We hope that this car will pass inspection the next time it is due. Beware buying a certified used car here. Don't trust anyone there. More

If you purchase a car from them, dont expect the check they say they will give you, if you recommend someone and the buy a car. I brought my car in Jan 2020 and I had my son purchase a car a few months la they say they will give you, if you recommend someone and the buy a car. I brought my car in Jan 2020 and I had my son purchase a car a few months later, I'm getting the run around from managers and sale people. Here it is almost August and they still haven't issued me a check. This dealership is not people of their word More
I am a loyal customer which had bought 2 cars from them and looking to buy my 3rd. They had their price and told me to make an offer then told me to come in they wasted 3 hours of my time and told me the p and looking to buy my 3rd. They had their price and told me to make an offer then told me to come in they wasted 3 hours of my time and told me the price they had was final and refused to negotiate with me at all. When you say make an offer that usually implies we can negotiate but the manager refused to negotiate and told me the price was final and just let me walk out no questions asked. I was so impaled by this and will never buy a car from them again. They lost a loyal customer and by the way my last car I bought a 2020 pathfinder did not come with any floor mats in them but they would take care of that then told me to come in on Monday and told me they would charge me for them now. I work in sales and to me this was very unprofessional!!! More
Unethical, Unprofessional Liars A horrible experience to say the least. I would've given them 0 stars if I could. Unfortunately however, their pactice of getting customers in with a A horrible experience to say the least. I would've given them 0 stars if I could. Unfortunately however, their pactice of getting customers in with a low price online and then tagging on $3k+ of "fees" is a common practice. What made the experience more insulting was the manager Rimero, I don't even know if that's his real name. He was very rude especially at the beginning and showing us an attitude. We are the customers and I don't think it is professional to speak to and treat customers the way he treated us and spoke with us. It was only after I asked if he was in a bad mood that he realized that I didn't appreciate the way he was speaking to us with an attitude. He quoted us a price of $6.8k for the car plus taxes and DMV. Which is fine and that is what I went into the dealership with the intention of paying. However, that quickly turned into almost $3k in additional fees and ofcourse the taxes went up because of the additional fees. His excuse for the additional fees at first was "well you asked if there are any other fees and if what I quoted you first was final so I raised my price". Then the excuse was "our website says there are additional fees", which I agree, there is a disclaimer but this is a game that these dishonest dealerships play to get customers in through the door. Then the excuse for the additional fees was "well we have to sometimes get cars trasported from other places like California and we cannot charge only for those cars a transport fee so we average the cost and charge everyone" even for a used car that I went in for that was traded in at their dealership, what a joke. Then another excuse is that "well you're paying cash and not financing with us so we will charge you an additional fee". At one point, he even blatantly admitted that since "there is a lot of competition so we list low prices online and then charge fees here when customers come in". This should be considered 100% false advertisement and unethical business practice because they are openly admitting to the fact that they list lower prices online to get customers in and then raise the price. Their additional fees have no basis WHATSOEVER! These types of dealerships should be regulated and fined for their actions of misleading customers. They only get away with it because of a disclaimer on their website that there will be fees (without any basis). News 12 needs to do something about these dealers' unethical business practices to bring these types of practices into light. Enough is enough already with the automobile dealership industry. I am going to formally file a complaint against this particular dealership with the BBB and Consumer Affairs for unethical business practice and even possibly try to get in with News 12. This has to stop! More
