Regretful, Disappointing, Non Transparent, Hidden Fees Hidden fees added into the vehicle price, increased by $5900, BEFORE tax title tags doc fees and interest! No info on the paperwork to explain increase in price. False information provided, extended warranty added without even offering it to me. Not provided with 167 point inspection proof, was later told that part of the increase in the price was a prep fee of $895 on the used car, however it did not even have windshield washer fluid in it, nor enough gas to make it home. I drove away with my car only to notice 3 or 4 breaks in the windshield. I have stopped in the dealership and sent emails to express my discontent, not once has anyone even asked if their is anything they could do to make me a happier customer. Now stuck in a car with 60,000 miles that is going to cost me $16000.00 more than its value. Completely upside down thanks to all kinds of add ons to the price without my knowledge. Extremely unsatisfied with this purchase and entire experience! More

My car was sandwiched in the lot After the required work on my car was complete, I was directed to where to find it in the lot. It was sandwiched between 2 cars (front and rear) and After the required work on my car was complete, I was directed to where to find it in the lot. It was sandwiched between 2 cars (front and rear) and 3 on one side. There was no way for me to move it. I had to ask another employee to move the car in front so I could drive out of the lot. While he was getting the keys, I inspected my car for damage. Upon finding a major and a minor scrape, I dealt with the original service man. This interaction prompted me to call the Nissan Customer Service since the manager was away on vacation and wouldn't be returning for 1 1/2 weeks more. More
