Problem with tire pressure We stopped to have the tires in the Juke checked, after the tire pressure light came on. They took us in, as busy as they were, with no appointment. We stopped to have the tires in the Juke checked, after the tire pressure light came on. They took us in, as busy as they were, with no appointment. They checked the tires, looking to see if there was a nail etc... and found the air was just down in some of the tires. They put air in all the tires and we were good to go. No charge. Very blessed. More

If I had to base my review on their service, I would always purchase from Lumberton Nissan. If I had to base my review on the delivery from the car wash and cleanliness of the car after purchase. I would NEVER recommend anyone. The employees 👎🏾in the car wash department did a terrible job! Dirt was left on the inside door panels, mud on the inside and outside of the tires. Delivery paper still struck to the trunk and the list goes on! Thank you to my salesman Mr. James Strickland for trying to ensure his customer was satisfied. you are the BEST Mr. James. I have purchased three vehicles from Lumberton Nissan under different management. This by far is the worse store manager when it comes to be friendly and customer satisfaction. He saw the car after the sale and did not appear to care at all. I guess it’s all about money in his pocket, than returning customers. I will definitely be recommending Mr. James Strickland to others. It’s sad after 8 years of dealing with Nissan, this is my first and I hope last bad review! More
