I was in the car business for 23 years, with Buick, Pontiac, GMC and Honda until 1992 in Colorado when I moved over to Saturn and remained with them there and in Pensacola until they closed in 2008. So, I respect and search for honesty, integrity, sincerity and professionalism and was so happy to see that in this team. Starting with Keosha, who was so sweet and knowledgeable to myself, my wife and my mother-in-law who is visiting from Colombia. My mother-in-law and I were there for several hours and Keosha was working so hard to accommodate us and made it feel like a very short time there. Keosha knew that my vehicle was totaled and I was in need and understood those needs, always with a bright smile. I would like to also give a special appreciation for Dakota, who willingly helped us in any way that he could for Keosha and shared some stories with me as we conversed. Also, Colton was so energetic and helpful and constantly seeing how he could assist and was much appreciated. Then I had a brief interaction with Denny, using humor to cope with the complexities of the system as we ran my deposit. And last, but not least was Jon, who is a true professional who finds a way to make one feel very comfortable throughout all of the paperwork, even though in our case it was not a financing situation for the dealership. The dealership and team will have my loyalty and referrals because it's a very short drive from Pensacola to have such an amazing car purchasing experience. Thank you again!!! More
Took my 20017 Nissan car in for service. I need a part and they want me to pay up front while they go search to see if my car were under warranty. It took them two week to find out if my car were under warranty but in the mean time they want me to pay over 1,600.00 dollar to fix my car after the wait for two week they decided to fix it because they find out my car were finally under warranty. Never will I buy another car from Nissan More
I just bought a 2019 Rouge Sport. My salesperson was Colton, He was very informative about the vehicle and made the experience painless. I must admit, I was not looking forward to going though this process. With Colton’s help,I never once felt pressured. When it was time to talk with the finance manager (Nick) I felt a sense of unease. But it turned out, it was totally unfounded. Nick was great to work with, he never tried to persuade me to buy upgrades I did not need. Colton went beyond and even took me to drop off my rental. My salesman, Malik, responded so quickly and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the options and choices for my next vehicle. The finance manager, LT, truly made the buying process as smooth as can be! This is the first time I've purchased a vehicle and the financials were exactly as I discussed with the financial manager. LT stayed true to his word, kept my numbers where I wanted them to be, and made certain there were no hidden fees or add-ons! Malik and LT worked on my deal even on their days off to ensure the best deal for my next vehicle. I have to say, I cannot imagine myself going anywhere else to buy a vehicle from now on! More
I recently bought a new Altima and when I say I’m impressed that’s probably an understatement. I'm a single mother of a 10 yr old and Yesterday I had to check behind a certified technician, service advisor, and service manager to ensure my service was done and done correctly. Pick vehicle up, rear camera not working, clock reset, tires still not rotated(yet I was charged). NISSAN OF MOBILE YALL INDEED DROPPED THE BALL, THE BABY, AND CUSTOMER SERVICE MISSION!!! More

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS New cars might be fine, got a used car, talked me into agreeing to a warranty plan, which doubled the price of the car.
