Liars Club MY use Leaf buying experience was my worst ever. A fish stinks from the head down. Do not trust Nicole [salesperson], Marty [mgr], and the GM Wayne. T MY use Leaf buying experience was my worst ever. A fish stinks from the head down. Do not trust Nicole [salesperson], Marty [mgr], and the GM Wayne. They acted like my concern were going to be addressed until I left with vehicle and now all I get is evasive maneuvers and LIES from GM Wayne Inniss.. Wayne said take vehicle to local dealership and get mileage issue checked out and they would reimbursement me for expense and I could return vehicle is unable to fix. All lies. My problem can't be fix and now all I get is the run around. I'm a retired Nissan salesman from Albany NY. We handle this problem with more class here. Vehicle would be accepted back and Money returned. The owner would have insisted own a peaceful, respectful, honorable resolution. This experience is a sad day and a step back in time for the Automobile business. I hope the money I spent was worth it. More

Lease return I actually had a lease return and tried to return to the same location I purchased from. Spoke to Joe and he gave me the run around. Left messages and I actually had a lease return and tried to return to the same location I purchased from. Spoke to Joe and he gave me the run around. Left messages and no courtesy call. They would only take back my return if I got into another lease which to me is a tactic. They wanna kiss your xxx when they wanna make a sale after that screw you type of attitude. Had to return my lease to another dealer which was out of my way. Never again would I buy a car from then after this experience. More
