Very worst experience Disappointed and very shocking after reaching Nissan Newnan showroom. Initially we had a discussion over phone, they quoted $229 for Nissan Leaf for 2 Disappointed and very shocking after reaching Nissan Newnan showroom. Initially we had a discussion over phone, they quoted $229 for Nissan Leaf for 2 years - final price included everything (one of the sales person). But they are always saying this kind of price over phone only, not in any kind of written format like message/email. They are very smart people not to have any trace that they quoted for $229. But if we track our mobile phone calls, then they can easily caught with proof (but they would have to bear the charges for tracing mobile calls, if it is proved). Before heading to this showroom, please be very careful about the price and get a proof over mobile message or email. Otherwise you will be disappointed for sure. After reaching this showroom, atleast they would have told like this price is not available and we are selling currently for around $260 or $270 in that range. But they told us the final price as $350 inclusive of all. They decided not to sale to us particulary, thats why they decided this price. If they really selling it for $350 to any customer, please ask them to show the few recent purchase order. Finally we told them that calmy, don't give any wrong information over phone, that will lead to bad customer experience for you in future. Their motivation is to bring the customer to showroom, then they are dealing with higher price amount than they already quoted. More

I was told by an executive by name "Brad" saying that they are offering for 229$ and have also told that they would offer some group discount if we go in person, as we four are planning to buy. We had to drive all the way 40 miles to the center and met the manager "Jose" and we were told the price is 351$ and not 229$ which is very high for the current market rate. He was the under the intention not to sell out the car to us by telling that price. While returning, just to check, we again tried calling them for price and we were told that price is 280$. They have no coordination and we are hearing different price from different executive.They have a very poor customer service and not treating the people properly More

A Godsend My wife and I arrived at Nissan of Newnan on April 29th, 2015 to see what options we had as far as purchasing a new vehicle since our current SUV was My wife and I arrived at Nissan of Newnan on April 29th, 2015 to see what options we had as far as purchasing a new vehicle since our current SUV was undergoing several issues. After a few hours of the most excellent customer service, we drove off with a beautiful 2004 Toyota Camry that suited our needs to the max. I would, and have, HIGHLY recommend Nissan of Newnan and their employees to as many people as I can. They have been our saving grace and are very professional in every way. God had led us here and blessed us with a beautiful, reliable car. My wife and I will totally be going back for future vehicle purchases. God bless you all! More
