We apologize for not being able to meet your needs and service your situation. It is never our intentions to try to hide or mislead ANY of our current and prospective customers. We take every situation very serious to insure we are transparent in our business practices. We understand you had a researched price that was different from the pricing we had set for our same Nissan part. We did our research and found the same part for our price and your price of $5.79 as well. What happens also is that there a lot of other fees that associated with online ordering such as shipping fees that basically are more than the item you want to purchase. What we do to help in this situations is offer a price match policy to cover these situations. We offered this as an option that was unfortunately turned down. We still extend this offer and would like to answer any other questions you may have. Again we thank you for your time and efforts.

My response to the reply from the unidentified person who represents this dealership, note that I did go to another dealership and make my purchase of the item that I needed. You should understand that your excuses are truly not accepted as normal business practices and that customers will always, 100% of the time have options to your insults. I refused your offer to sell me a part at full retail because frankly it's an insult. Full retail means I can go to any Nissan dealership in the entire world and get the same deal. What precisely is Nissan of Newnan doing to set themselves apart from others? I think you have answered this question with your insulting reply to let your 'offer' stand at full retail. No, I don't need your services. You're nothing special and certainly won't be on my list of dealerships to even consider when buying parts, getting service, buying vehicles, etc. In this game gentlemen, you lose.

One final comment to close this review. In the dealerships reply to my review they state that they never try to mislead any of their prospective customers. What precisely do you call it when you charge $12 for a $5.79 part? If that's not deception and misrepresentation I don't know what is. You're dishonest, you can't look a customer in the eye and explain to them why your prices are escalated, and then you try to brush it off by offering to sell a part at full retail. I hope this review assists other people with their decision making when it comes to selecting a dealership for their Nissan needs. Nissan of Newnan is the poster child for the slick willy tactics of the used car world.

Good Afternoon! We spoke with our service manager and they gave us the history on your issue. Again we apologize for your lament of how everything transpired. We have met all our obligations and tried to go above and beyond to assist you. We also spoke with NISSAN CORPORATE and they advised us also that there was nothing to be done. You have Run-Flats and they are costly. We provided a price and there was no premature wearing of the tires. Again we apologize that you do not agree with the decision.

Nothing was done in this matter to resolve the issues. The tires are being replaced as of right now. There are still issues with the department outside of the tires. Any effort to actually resolve or correct the situation were not met.
