I was not phone when the vehicle was ready. I was told they sent a text msg, it was to my home number. They always have the car was washed it never is. Has the part in house, fixed within an hour and a half, great experience!! The shuttle was ready when I was both ways and the man driving the shuttle was very nice. Overall best experience to date.
