Nissan Newnan serviced my daughter’s 2014 Versa. I was concerned that issues would not be identified. The service area was busy but the service manager stepped right up to ask how he could help. He quickly identified himself and informed me which service rep would be assigned to me. The rep was on the phone handling another customer’s situation. The service manager escorted me to his office and started typing and asking questions. He gathered all details and informed me the mechanic would need a few minutes to diagnose the mystery sound. The service manager escorted me to a theater room to watch a movie. It took just a few minutes and he came to get me and explained what needed to be completed. I gave permission for the work to be done. I went back to the theater room and enjoyed the movie while the work began on my daughter’s Versa. I was given a full explanation of all the work and suggestions on future options. I was pleased I had a great experience at Nissan Newnan. Work was completed on same day, January 29, 2020. Service Rep was James Tripp Harper. Paper work stated work order created by Sheree Spradlin. My thanks to the Service Manager! Very professional staff members!! Wait was too long, especially having an appointment. I watched my car sit in the "checkout" area 40 minutes before I was called. When I went to check I was told someone was ahead of me to checkout, yet no watched my car sit in the "checkout" area 40 minutes before I was called. Makes me highly question the results. More

This was an unexpected issue at this location. Unfortunately I was not allowed to use my coupon because it was out of date for my oil change. This is the first time this has happen to me.
