Lied to by service advisor The service advisor told me that I had a nail in the sidewalk of my tire and it would be over one hundred eighty dollars for a new tire because it cou The service advisor told me that I had a nail in the sidewalk of my tire and it would be over one hundred eighty dollars for a new tire because it could not be repaired. I told him it was a company car and I couldn’t authorize that. That was a Saturday. On Sunday I went to a tire shop and had the tire plugged for ten dollars. The mail was in the middle of the treads. I have to continue to receive oil changes but I will never deal with that service advisor again and I’m sure glad I don’t own the car. He also tried to force me to pay for the oil change and tire rotation. It was my second visit there. I don’t remember the service advisors name but I know his face. More
