Dishonest and disorganized. We now have a brand new car that we are making payments on and we spent a lot of money on sitting in our driveway, undrivable because they dropped th We now have a brand new car that we are making payments on and we spent a lot of money on sitting in our driveway, undrivable because they dropped the ball on getting us our plates even though I followed up the entire time AND was told it was being taken care of. The finance guy told us the plates would be overnighted to our county Tax Assessor and they were not. We were told for a week that titling was "out of the office" until I called a manager they miraculously appeared. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, especially if you are from out of state. We were told that even though it's their fault were basically SOL and now we have to spent $700 on a rental car for our trip we had planned. More

Nissan of Omaha had the perfect Used Car that we were looking for but unfortunately we live in the Southeast. That meant that in order to get the car we would have to travel cross country to obtain the looking for but unfortunately we live in the Southeast. That meant that in order to get the car we would have to travel cross country to obtain the vehicle, and also that we would need to rely heavily on our sales person to help with everything else, all done remotely - no small undertaking. Needless to say, Justin, our Sales Rep., was awesome to work with and made the long distance process go very smoothly. This company is onlyinterested in money not the customer. I bought a vehicle and not even a full month later it starts making a weird noise and i was told by Nissan it was not their problem. Salesman Daniel I bought a vehicle and not even a full month later it starts making a weird noise and i was told by Nissan it was not their problem. Salesman Daniel waited a month to respond to my emails about the issues with no help. James Jones contacted me and said he would reimburse me for having to fix the issue then just stopped talking to me when I asked him how and when he would be doing that. This may be a huge mistake on my part for shopping with them so I'm just here to warn other to be careful when shopping with Nissan. More
