Worst experience ever in working with anyone in car services. Went in to get my back latch fixed (that part was fine) and allowed them to do warranty work (that Goodyear already fixed) and it started m services. Went in to get my back latch fixed (that part was fine) and allowed them to do warranty work (that Goodyear already fixed) and it started making to old noise again. My service agent started telling me it had nothing to do with what they worked on.LIE. And he even hung up on my husband when he was trying to explain that that was the exact noise it was making before Goodyear corrected it. Although the service manager got it all handled he was VERY Condescending to me. Won’t be going back there for the other things I need taken care of. More

Service department is terrible, playing games selling services it needed and just trying to find ways to overcharge folks. Took vehicle in for a oil change, website stated $39.99!and was quoted $99.99 services it needed and just trying to find ways to overcharge folks.
