When it came time for price and payment negotiations, we gave Erik xxxx during the negotiations, I'm pretty sure he was not expecting the tag team cooperation with me and my sister. We went back and forth but in the end we were able to get a deal within her budget. After we finished the negotiation he continued to give us great customer service by helping her set up her insurance. If anybody has Erik as a salesman ask him about the time a brother and sister team came in to purchase a Rogue. I'm sure it will bring up fond memories of the day. More
