Not you usuall experience We all are familiar with the high price over enthusiastic salesman pushing you into terms and sticker prices you can afford and making you feel like y We all are familiar with the high price over enthusiastic salesman pushing you into terms and sticker prices you can afford and making you feel like you're not good enough because you can't afford a top-of-the-line high-priced vehicle this is what I experienced in many dealer's I visited before I came to Nissan of Queens it was literally the exact opposite of everything I had experienced as soon as I was on site on their second lot on a Sunday evening at 6 p.m. I had Sergio Contes come up to me and tell me everything I wanted to hear, I found the year make and model I was looking for for the price that I could afford right off the top without any negotiation I arrived the next day to do the paperwork on the vehicle I was nervous because first of all I was trading in my 2002 Trailblazer that has over 170,000 miles on it and I thought that they would laugh at the idea of a trade in, not only did they accept it but they gave me the price I was looking for. We were then onto the showroom as soon as we walk in they have brand new vehicles 2017 dream cars it made me feel as if I am going to go down the same road I have been in other dealerships where they promise you everything until it's time to get the loan and when you do it is high APR with a monthly payment that no one could afford that was not the case yet once again Joe Delio worked with me for hours and made sure he tried every option available to me even when I was getting declined for loans due to my credit history, not only did he find a financier that approve my loan he also was able to tailor the price of monthly payments exactly in the range where I needed to be there was no haggling no hassling and no demeaning Commons made he literally tried every single bank until he could find me the terms interest and monthly payments I could afford Not only was I able to get the car that I wanted for the price that I wanted I also was able to drive away that exact day with my new car they were able to transfer the registration and the plates right there on site. I also got the extended warranty which I suggest anyone buying a used car would seriously consider I have yet to visit their service center but if the level of quality and customer service is anything like what I experience in the buying process I'm sure I will be happy with the result. I highly encourage anyone looking for a used or new vehicle to visit they're dealership I grew up in the neighborhood and they have been in business for as long as I can remember I never thought in a million years I would ever be able to actually buy a car from them it was a good feeling to keep business in my local neighborhood. More

I repeated many times I will not purchase the car If I have to pay any of the last 3 payments March 8th /17 I received a bill from Nissan for 1 payment and excess wear. I called sales Pearson he said he will take care of it right way, waited more calls text Called Manager J ,no answer.(theirs 2 ) several phone calls and text later. Do not keep their appointments I had called them a week in advance to make an appointment for Wednesday at 7am. I show up at 6:55 and park my car in front of the shop and out comes a mechanic telling me that I have to move and get behind a 10 car line. I told him I have a 7 am appointment and he said it doesn't matter because the other cars were waiting since 6:30am .I asked if they have an appointment also and he said no but they were there first. What is the point to make and confirm an appointment if it's voided as soon as you get walk ins???? Very unprofessional and unapologetic. This was going to be my first oil change with them and the whole experience was horrible. How can they run a service center like this?? Very disappointing! More
george lucero George lucero was our sale person never sit down and tell us the price of vehicle also our monthly payment and he still come back and ask for more 100 George lucero was our sale person never sit down and tell us the price of vehicle also our monthly payment and he still come back and ask for more 1000 dollars more when we already put 8000 dollars down payment I am having sleepless night with what they did to us at this dealers they need to fired george lucero even the color of the2016 rogue change when the deal was closed no good no good sale person I even tip him 50 bucks for taking me to the bank to get my certified check very cunning also my$ 8000 was never put as a down payment on the car and my credit score is 700 also my monthly payment is $ 508 .00 will be paying that for 72 months also when I spoke to finance guy which is alex he said go back to your country also I asked about my $8000 down payment he said that they deliver the vehicle to me which is not true my husband drove that vehicle to my home the very same day we put that down payment also they add $ 5000 for extended service wow what a mess I have to put up with presently I owed them$ 29400 More

The dealership tried calling me twice a day to bring my Nissan in and when I put aside my crazy schedule to sit there for 90 minutes, they completely tried to rip me off. I have excellent credit and they tried to lease me a Rouge SV for 443 a month, which is a complete rip off. The sales woman, who I will remain nameless, then told me I had to wait longer for my car to come off lease. Then why were they calling me two times per day. Then another salesman called and offered me an S model for 350, another complete rip off. The dealership was run like a circus, bells and sirens going off for the people who fell for their schemes, I would probably set the sirens off too if I ripped off someone that bad! For reviews sake, I leased an SV model with premium package, including moon roof for 373 from Baron Nissan, who provided a great sales experience. Stay away from this ripoff sales act! More
