The salesman Andy was very nice but he failed to tell me that a personal check would not be accepted. When I went into the finance area I spoke with another man the paperwork has the name Minuk Han althoug that a personal check would not be accepted. When I went into the finance area I spoke with another man the paperwork has the name Minuk Han although Nissan called him Jason. He had all the paperwork filled out and just needed my signature. This is when I got scared I ask him what the finance percentage rate was and he told me then 4.99%. My credit is very good so I knew I could of gotten a better rate but they financed through Nissan for 72 months. I was afraid that I wasn't be given the amount originally discussed with the sales person. As I am typing this I receive a recorded call from Anthony Panrello the sales manager telling me to call Nissan that the paperwork does not show that I am entitled to service. Mr Han stated I was entitled to 1 year of oil changes and 2 years of tire service. When I called NISSAN OF QUEENS I spoke with Ramona Panday and she told me no one can help me other than Jason also known as Minuk Han and he will not be in till 1200 pm this afternoon. Unfortunately the experience has not been a good one the woman name Ramona wanted to hear herself on the tape it was ridiculous. I guess this is what is expected when dealing with car sales people. They want you to register which makes me think they will try to screw you if you need to deal with them in the future. More

Also there wheel package is a joke they make it sound great they don't tell you it takes 6-8 weeks to get a check. Just jokes don't even waste you're time go to a real Nissan dealer not these clows over there. Lost me as a loyal Nissan customer was on my 4th Nissan and everyone I know looking for cars will not be stoping there. More

Larry Brewer was GREAT, In the past I've had bad experences with this dealership but not this time this was the BEST visit ever from the 1st call from Larry to the 1st meeting his guest service was experences with this dealership but not this time this was the BEST visit ever from the 1st call from Larry to the 1st meeting his guest service was EXCELLENT, I was so Happy about the service that I received that I took my friend back the very next day, Larry was off so we returned the next day that he worked and drove away with an additional New Car. I was referred to Felicia by my in-laws. She explained to me how the entire process would go. When I arrived at the Pre-owned Car lot, she introduced herself and also introduced me to a salesman by the name me how the entire process would go. Felicia made sure to let Neil know what I was looking for and Neil showed me several vehicles that fit my criteria. My wife & I decided on a vehicle and the Sales Managers worked within our budget. Even though we purchased a few months ago, Neil and Felicia keep in contact with us to see how everything is going, Neil even called me & my wife for each of our birthdays and wedding anniversary. I have just purchased a 2012 Rogue. I must say Queens Nissan fulfilled and exceeded my expectations. I contacted Ms Felicia Richardson, online representative. I wanted a car fully loaded to surprise my husband for his birthday. I arrived first thing in the morning. I was approach by Store Manager Paul who new my name and was well aware of all the details. I then sat with Mr.Charles who went above and beyond. I printed all the quotes from edmund.com, truecar.com and overstock.com. At which I did not have to mention any quotes. Nissan from Queens beat the price of all 3 quotes without requesting it. Ms Felicia followed up with a phone to just to see how everything went. I can't emphazies enough how appreciative I am of Ms. Richardson service. Nissan is fortunate today, to have the employees of such caliber. They truly are an asset to their company. More

They insult you by offering you $3,000.00 below poor condition trade in value and give you a stupid reason like we do not follow Kelly Blue Book or NADA. Customer service called me after a fews days to ask how did my appiontment went. When I told her that I was insulted by their trade in offer and how they were trying to fix my payments where I would pay sticker price for their car and give me negative value $3,000.00 on my trade in, she was shock. She responded by telling me she will have a talk with them and give me a call back. To this date I have not received her call back. So much for customer service. I guess they service ended as bad as it started. More
