My service experience was excellent. They were very courteous and helpful . I was pleasantly surprised that the new owners have opted not to use the same high pressure tactics that They were very courteous and helpful . I was pleasantly surprised that the new owners have opted not to use the same high pressure tactics that the previous management' s sales dept. used on the customers waiting for service. I have always had a good experience with the service dept. It was the sales dept. that turned it into an unpleasant experience. Having sales people try to pressure people in the waiting room, then having them standing right next to your car after service was completed to try to sell you a car was a form of intimidation and harassment. I applaud the new owners for not making the same mistake. Hats off to you and thank you. More

I am still waiting for the service manager to call me back after my last visit. I went in for a 10,000 mile oil change and after 2.5hrs I went to the desk to ask if it was almost done to find it had been back after my last visit. I went in for a 10,000 mile oil change and after 2.5hrs I went to the desk to ask if it was almost done to find it had been inspected (which no one even enquirer about with me or said did I know it needed done??? To find no oil change had happened whatsoever!! After a conversation with the checkout girl I left she assured me the service manager would call. After a week of waiting I called and asked for him to return my call with regard to my now very necessary service. I am contemplating selling and going to another vehicle or finding another dealership. Neither is very appealing currently. More
