The team was kind, efficient, and overall a pleasure to work with! I would absolutely recommend using them for future service for my family and friends. Scott was phenomenal! Very nice and polite. His colleague wasn’t so much. I believe his name was Jeffrey Price I think (he’s right beside Scott desk). I arrived at my appo Very nice and polite. His colleague wasn’t so much. I believe his name was Jeffrey Price I think (he’s right beside Scott desk). I arrived at my appointment at 10am , waited in line at his station. So once the other customers before me were helped I stepped up to his desk. The first thing he say is “ONE MOMENT” he was very dry, no greeting or anything. So I let it go. Then 5 mins later it was a gentleman who steps from outside the dealership and was just standing to the side. So Mr. Price said “Hello sir how May I help you today?” So the customer behind me said “she was here first”. So Jeffrey said “HE WAS HERE FIRST, HE WAS INSIDE AND HAS BEEN WAITING” Very rude and matter of factly. So I said well you should’ve communicated that with me if I been waiting for 10-15 mins “Ma’am he was here first he was inside, but as soon as I’m done I’ll get with you” I advised him he shouldn’t just skip a customer to skip another customer you communicate. So he politely assist the customer and was smiling and everything so I said “I wish I could’ve gotten that kind of customer service”. He point to Scott and tells Scott to assist me instead. I’ve been coming to this dealership since 2013, always great experience with service and never had a bad experience-customer service is always great. But this weekend it was horrible. He doesn’t need to service customers if he doesn’t know how to greet and communicate. More
