I have been getting my car serviced at nissan Richmond at shortpump since last 5 years , as ever I took my car and after service my car had starting issues and when I went back to the dealer to ask what t at shortpump since last 5 years , as ever I took my car and after service my car had starting issues and when I went back to the dealer to ask what the issue was and get it diagnosed, the manager Scott was very rude slamming excuses to get me out of there saying pay $158 every hour for diagnosis or leave, also mentioning if it takes three hours I need to pay $478 (3*158), we customers rely on professionals to get our issues fixed we do not expect rude behavior just because they do not know how to diagnose.If there is a fix we would definitely be happy to pay. Also as part of service they do full point inspections and provide a report in which they mentioned that everything was fine , later when asked to diagnose again that’s when they found out the issue. Hope this behavior from this manager does not happen to any other customer. More
