I'm new to the area and scheduled an appointment in May, 2022 at Nissan RVA to get the camera calibrated on a mirror I had previously replaced. Upon arrival, the service rep. said they had no knowledge of my appointment even though I provided all of my contact information and was given a scheduled time to bring my Armada. I left the vehicle and after two days, I assumed the vehicle was ready since I did not receive a call from the dealership. Upon arrival, I was told my vehicle had not been looked at due to staff shortage and other excuses. I decided to give you another chance when my oil change light came on. This time I left the vehicle after hours in hopes it would get serviced first thing the next morning. I received a call from a service rep. early the next day confirming receipt of my vehicle and was pleasantly surprised to receive a call in the afternoon stating my vehicle was ready for pick-up. I picked it up later on that Thursday evening and was elated with the service. Unfortunately, on Saturday I parked my vehicle and a person sitting on her porch stated both of my primary brake lights were not working but the upper light was still working.
