My service tech was new and it showed, but with time I feel she’ll do just fine. She was very friendly and communicative. The ‘sales tactics’ used by the internet team suck. Don’t call me and say ‘let me show you an offer’, then ask me once I come on the sales floor ‘how much are you trying to get’? You called me, I didn’t call you. I said I wasn’t in the market from the very beginning. My car wasn’t even run through a quick wash after. I know businesses are facing employee shortages, but good customer service should never be sacrificed. More
