They are liars and swindlers. I saw a car online made an appointment when I arrived the car was $2000 more than what it was advertised for. Then they wouldn’t do anything until we I saw a car online made an appointment when I arrived the car was $2000 more than what it was advertised for. I specifically asked three different times will this ding my credit they said no we don’t send it to banks until we’ve talked numbers and are finalizing everything. They ended up sending it to six different banks without my knowledge. I only found out because of my Credit Karma alerts. At that moment I told them thank you, but we’re going to go home and think about it. I had to state this four or five times to the point where I had to get stern, and raise my voice. These are the type of dealers that prey on your excitement of buying a new car, and the fact that most people are polite and won’t just get up and walk out. I’ve had my current Nissannow for almost 5 year the cars are great, but I buy from Carmax. I will never go to a dealership again especially Richmond Nissan. More
