My wife and I were looking for a vehicle and came to the dealership and Stephon greeted us very professionally and was there to help. He wasn’t pushy but he asked the right questions to see what we were in dealership and Stephon greeted us very professionally and was there to help. The only thing I will say that could have been better is to let Stephon lead the way and all the support be there when he needs it. Communication was lacking. Scott the manager did not follow through on his promise to contact our insurance company to get all of the damage documented and paid for. Instead, he closed out the account 10 days after making that promise without contacting the insurance or us. At that point, I’d been calling the service department for two days, and the phone was never answered, even after letting it ring 10+ times. I know that they have caller ID, because of their responses to my previous calls. I have to assume that they were not answering my calls on purpose. It took my wife going to the dealership and standing in front of the service desk employees to get information and to get our car fixed. We will never go back. More
On Thursday my car stalled on broad street. I was a nervous wreck. My car completely shut down. I couldn’t use my hazard lights, couldn’t coast the car off the road. I was frantic. I had my car towed to Nissan anticipating it was going to cost a lot to repair. Come to find out the battery cables were loose! Donnie once again was my service person. She had the mechanics tightened the cables and I picked up my car that afternoon! No charge! What a blessing! I appreciate the integrity and honesty of Donnie and the team. Another great experience.
