Communication was lacking. Scott the manager did not follow through on his promise to contact our insurance company to get all of the damage documented and paid for. At that point, I’d been calling the service department for two days, and the phone was never answered, even after letting it ring 10+ times. I know that they have caller ID, because of their responses to my previous calls. I have to assume that they were not answering my calls on purpose. It took my wife going to the dealership and standing in front of the service desk employees to get information and to get our car fixed. We will never go back. More

On Thursday my car stalled on broad street. I was a nervous wreck. My car completely shut down. I couldn’t use my hazard lights, couldn’t coast the car off the road. I was frantic.
