Phil Weinman made everything right! We could use a check-up on the charging station for cell devices. I recommend dropping off if a customer has that option. check-up on the charging station for cell devices. I recommend dropping off if a customer has that option. More

He was very professional, friendly and informative. He even applied a coupon that I totally forgot about. I arrived at 2:20ish and was out before 3pm. He even offered to have my car washed when it just started raining! I declined of course lolol, but I really appreciate how helpful Seth was. More
found a CPO versa that I wanted to purchase and we were not going to finance, we were ready to buy and pay cash. I found the car online Friday, August 7 and Saturday, August 8, I received an email from one not going to finance, we were ready to buy and pay cash. I found the car online Friday, August 7 and Saturday, August 8, I received an email from one of the sales associates Ashley. I asked her if she could send more interior pictures of the car or make a video and send it to us since we are about two hours away from the dealership and we also asked if we could get the vehicle for $8,500 compared to the $9,200 they had listed. We are fully aware that they probably wouldn’t negotiate that low, but you always negotiate. Ashley responded that she only has the pictures online, which tells us they don’t want to put in the work. How hard is it to actually take a video with your smart phone of the car and send it. Then the sales manager Scott text us and let us know that the prices are nonnegotiable and we asked are they no haggle prices and he stated that they are not negotiable and didn’t wanna discuss it anymore. We called the dealership and We wanted to talk to a manager after being on hold for more than 15 minutes they told us no one was available and when I mentioned I was just texting Scott, he becomes available. He then starts over talking, being very rude and I’m obnoxious and I let him know that I wasn’t about to sit here and be disrespected and the fact that they can’t even take pictures and send it to you is bad business. I also asked him where does it state they have no haggle prices? I then asked him for his supervisor and he refused. I also told him I would just call and get it from the front desk and they were all obviously in cahoots, because she said they don’t have a general manager or a corporate office. I’ve never dealt with a dealership that didn’t want to sale and to be so unprofessional at this level is unacceptable More

Because of Phil I don’t worry like I use to when getting my car serviced. I always hear people say they don’t like to take their cars back to the dealership when ser I don’t worry like I use to when getting my car serviced. I always hear people say they don’t like to take their cars back to the dealership when servicing their vehicles, it’s because of Phil I do. We do our basic oil changes and maintenance of the car, but when those lights start popping up on the dashboard, the dealership is the last place I want go and Phil always make me feel like we got this! Phil gives me his advice on what needs immediate attention and and the work we can do down the line...that’s a relief for me. I can trust that I won’t be mislead and that means a lot to me, loyalty. Thank you Phil for all you do, you are the reason why I come back. More
I went to Richmond Nissan on Thursday regarding a recall on my vehicle. As I was waiting for the young lady to bring me a rental I was approach by a sales rep. The sales rep was aggressive and lied to me mu on my vehicle. As I was waiting for the young lady to bring me a rental I was approach by a sales rep. The sales rep was aggressive and lied to me multiple times. He was trying to get me to do a voluntary repossession. He told me it will not hurt my credit and it will fall of my credit within a month due to COVID. I knew everything he was saying wasn’t true. He was so aggressive that I had to tell him my fiancé handles all of the credit decisions and our money, just so he could stop. He kept forcing me to call and text him. He even went to the point of switching my words telling me “didn’t you say you handle the money and make all the decision”. The sales man and his manger kept calling one another. The manager got upset because I wouldn’t accept and hung up on the sales man. DANIEL ( the sales man) calls him back and asked “ Boss did you hang up on me”. I’m not sure of what the boss man said. Daniel then slam the phone down yells “ xxxx xxxx xxxx” and walks away from me. Remind you my 2 little girls was right beside me as all this was happening. On Friday I receive a call from Nissan stating my car is ready. I pick up my car and go home. This morning I receive a call from brianna telling me they charged my card $200 because of few ashes they seen in the car. I informed Brianna that “ I did not smoke in the vehicle. I smoked 2 cigarettes since I had the vehicle and I smoked on the outside of the vehicle. My children were in the car with me on the 3 occasions that I drove the car”. I will never smoke with my children in the car or in the vehicle knowing that they charge a $200 fee for it. Brianna then begin to tell me “ well I understand that but now that make us have to clean the inside of the car. They should clean the inside of the car anyway since COVID is going around. My fiancé told me when I first went there and was harassed not to leave my car and that he don’t trust them. They pretend to be nice and there for you until you tell them no. I should have listened to my fiancé and walked away. BUYERS BE AWARE... STAY AWAY However, Chanda was the only person that was kind all the way... More
Total xxxxxxxx.......Avoid Like the Plague! Do NOT go here to purchase a vehicle.....ever. I tried to get the "bring to your home for a test drive" option, which the advertised......because we a Do NOT go here to purchase a vehicle.....ever. I tried to get the "bring to your home for a test drive" option, which the advertised......because we are in the middle of a PANDEMIC......in case you didn't know. Was told they don't offer that option, when I called on the phone. Had to make an appointment, which I did, thinking they were limiting the number of people in the dealership. Oh no......I get there, and my appointment was not with ANYONE, it was just an appointment, which they told me would give me priority over walk-ins. I had to wait for 30 minutes for them to grab a salesman walking by, to help me. I was there to drive a specific car, and knew exactly what I wanted. When he gets us to the car, and we finally get in to drive, it is filthy. He tells me his GM has been driving it. Look at the odometer, and there are almost six thousand more miles on it, than advertised. When questioned, I am told they probably had not updated the listing. Since when??? Did they drive it to California and back?? I continue, because it is the vehicle I am looking for and it is in good condition (other than being filthy). I discuss interest rates, etc. when done, and tell them I will think about it. Call back that same day and tell them I will take the vehicle, once I have it inspected by my mechanic, and ask if it can be held for me. Yes, they can hold it if I drop off a down payment check, which they will not cash. Fine. Drive 30 minutes the next day, on my weekend time, to take check in. Get there and the Sales Mgr. comes out to talk to me, and asks if they ran numbers yesterday. I say no, we did not. He goes in his office and comes out ten minutes later with the breakdown on the car, and fees. SUDDENLY, the car price is two thousand dollars more than the advertised, reduced price. When I question this, and say a mistake has been made, I am told "Oh, I am sorry if there was a mistake, but I can't let the car go for that amount". Really?!!?! That was your advertised price. Then I look further, at the numbers he is trying to cover up, and see a $6,995 fee added on. When I question what this is, I am told it is their CPO (certified pre-owned) fee. What??? Seven THOUSAND dollars????? And what does one get for this amount??? Full bumper to bumper coverage?? No, would be the answer. Beyond the standard Nissan warranty, the only thing I could see was you would get loaner vehicles. Really???? For seven thousand dollars???? When researching, I found that the average charge for a CPO vehicle was an additional $1,000-$1,500. In some cases it could be as high as $3,000 for a luxury vehicle, which this was not. So with all their "extras", the price came out to be a full $12,000 more, than the advertised price. Yes, you read that right......TWELVE THOUSAND DOLLARS MORE. Ultimately I thanked them for their time, and walked out. I have no doubt some unsuspecting person, will buy the vehicle, and pay all the extra money. Not me. BUYER BEWARE!!!! Read the numbers, and question everything.....oh, and avoid Richmond Nissan!! More
