I sat from 12:30 until 4p. I was never advised of the status of my service. The young lady at the desk, never checked in with me. I had to ask if my car was ready. They found 4 things wrong with my car but because I was not advised prior to my service being completed, I know have to return to have them completed when, had I been advised, could have taken care of it that same day.
