With the recent events I had fallen behind on some of the upkeep on my vehicle. I was about a month behind on my state inspection and some other scheduled maintenance. I was in dire need to have it addressed upkeep on my vehicle. I was about a month behind on my state inspection and some other scheduled maintenance. I was in dire need to have it addressed. I reached out to my friends at Nissan of Richmond and schedule an appointment. The scheduling process was very simple and I managed to get a decent time slot that was very convenient for my work schedule. This surely set the tone for my visit. I couldn’t imagine how it could get any better until I was greeted by Seth. Not only was he very professional, he explained the entire process to me and also took the extra time to talk about a recall I had. Not sure if this was all required but I surely appreciated him going out of his way to explain the issue and reassure me that I was ok to continue to drive while the part is ordered.
