Rude, they simply can’t be bothered to help you I made an appointment to inquire about buying a new Nissan Sentra and during the time of which I was emailing this location several employees emailed I made an appointment to inquire about buying a new Nissan Sentra and during the time of which I was emailing this location several employees emailed me back making very hard to develop a relationship with just one person. Once my appointment was finally made and I arrived I was met by someone who was not the person I had spoken to on the phone even 30 minutes ago. Since the email period they were trying to push a Versa on me even though I clearly stated what I wanted in a car and that a versa didn’t suit my needs. During the time I spoke with the salesperson he continuously spoke over me and rushed our conversation. I let him know that I did not want to purchase a car on this exact date but I would be coming back within two weeks and it was at this point that he no longer had any interest in speaking with me tho he was very excited five minutes prior when I let him no my credit score and that I had $3,000 dollars ready for a down payment. He called his manager while glaring at me and said there’s nothing more I can do for you and rushed me from his office. I wrote this dealership off an decided with another Nissan so that I could completely be done with them and it was not my initial plan to write a review until they sent me a survey email while they didn’t even bother filling it. The very first line said “ I wanted to take the time out to introduce myself, my name is INSERT BDC MANAGER NAME, I am the Internet Customer Relations Manager here at INSERT STORE NAME” which means they could not even be bothered to fill out a simple template. I still love the Sentra but will be avoiding this dealership at all cost. (PLEASE NOTE THE NAME BELOW MAY NOT THE PERSON I WORKED WITH BUT DUE TO THE AMOUNT OF PEOPLE THEY SENT TO ME I JUST DONT REMBER THE FINAL PERSON I SPOKE TO) More
