My battery died while still under warranty This happened on the Saturday of Memorial weekend. I called, and they said they could squeeze me in. Scott Hornbeck was a great service advisor. He fu This happened on the Saturday of Memorial weekend. I called, and they said they could squeeze me in. Scott Hornbeck was a great service advisor. He fully explained the entire process of getting this covered under warranty. It took a little longer than I wanted, but I couldn't complain. They were going out of their way to help me. I left, and when I came back Scott had tried calling and emailing me. My car was ready and had a new battery covered under warranty. This whole process was a nice experience in customer service. Kudos to Scott and the Richmond Nissan Service Department. This was not the first time I have had a positive experience here, and I am sure it won't be the last. Larry Hadley More
