Where do I begin? I received a phone call from Michelle who convinced me to come in. I explained the poor past dealings with Nissan. She assured it won’t be the same. Welp, another disappointing waste of who convinced me to come in. I explained the poor past dealings with Nissan. She assured it won’t be the same. Welp, another disappointing waste of my time with a dealership that likes to appear and advertise that they are there for customers. My truth and experience over the many years and change of ownership has me now asking how is Nissan of Richmond still in business? And have no lawsuits pending? The integrity, ethics and business practices are by far the most questionable I have experienced in the history of a dealership. They are one of the worst dealerships in Richmond, in my opinion. Please count me in if a class action lawsuit is ever filed. I would love to give my input and proof of how they finagled numbers and whatever else they did under the table on the last 2 cars I purchased. I even wrote a letter to the GM last year and still no response or heard back. The mail wasn’t returned either. Business is business I get it but doing what’s right will yield a better return. Lastly the sales manager Damien needs to stay behind the scenes and not talk to customers. He has no people skills, zero empathy and poor customer service. He tried to up sell me on a highest end of SUV’s after I told him what the deal was. I left nothing unsaid. They couldn’t wait to pull my credit. All the while knowing I was upside down because of them and no rebate would absorb and get my payments down. They had all the facts and didn’t need to run my credit. All you had to do is have integrity and so no ma’am. Or at least plead my issue to a higher level of management. Instead you play with customers credit and livelihoods and try to think you can up-sell because you lied on what you knew you couldn’t do. And then tried to make it seem like it was my fault. When I told you UPFRONT. I surely did say no thank you and walked out. And they let me w/no thought or problem. Just sad. And yup this is my truth and my experience on how I feel and dealt w/Nissan of Richmond. Have a great day! Oh and the same day I got a state inspection in the month of May. And they put an April inspection sticker on. Smh. Now I gotta come back and have that changed to May 2021. I will say the service department is way better than sales. And the sales manager will try and accommodate and work with you to make things right. More
