Rude and unresponsive My wife returned a voicemail to inquire about a message about a recall on one of our two Nissans, one of which was purchased less than a week ago. Sh My wife returned a voicemail to inquire about a message about a recall on one of our two Nissans, one of which was purchased less than a week ago. She was hung up on multiple times so when she was finally able to speak with someone named Mike, who was allegedly the new car sales manager, he was rude to her. When she called back to ask for someone above Mike to get help and information the receptionist told her never to call back again. After this encounter we certainly won't be taking our cars there for service and won't be buying Nissans at this dealership ever again! More

I had a positive experience at NOR thanks to Phil. I was in for a state inspection but always arrive with a few questions about my vehicle. My service writer, Phil Weinman was very willing and able to provide me the answers to my questions and concerns. I'm thankful to have a service advisor who is so knowledgeable about my vehicle. During the waiting period while I was in the lounge area, he checked in with me several times to provide updates. During a brief conversation, I mentioned something about my military service in the Air Force...come to find out, Phil is an Army veteran. Very cool. Thanks for hiring a veteran NOR. Service was awesome ! I arrived early on morning and was greeted by a young man named Phil who was able to recognize my issues and diagnosed car immediately. I had struggled with taking my car to a dealer and I was told never to that after the warranty has run out and it would be too expensive, This young man was responsive and knowledgeable and actually saved me money with a quick and proper diagnosis. Would never deal with this dealership The worst customer service that I have ever experienced. I am constantly receiving mail for my neighbor on my mailing address. I have dealt with the highest level of management that they will allow me to talk to and he just laughed at me and told me he would report me for mail tampering because I opened my neighbor's mail. Per the post office, the mail belongs to the address not the name so their threat is empty. Why would anyone want to deal with a dealership that refuses to correct known problems. The worst thing is they are selling this incorrect address to marketers so I get all of my neighbor's junk mail. The manager's answer was just throw it away. My answer is stop harassing me to bring in the pathfinder for service, the pathfinder is overdue for service, trade in your pathfinder. If I should ever decide to buy a Nissan, it won't be from you!
