Salesperson was rude, pushy, and insisted that I complete a survey about her right in front of her. Sales manager was unwilling to negotiate, stating “he didn’t have to because of the sellers market”. The fi a survey about her right in front of her. Service was good except I was told vehicle would be ready first thing Wednesday Morning, I asked if I should call before coming in and was told no need it would be ready to go.
