Last April, 2022 I brought my car to Nissan for oil change and report the defective hood support for my part. The service technician and service manager took the information and set up a work order. They told me that the part will be order and when part comes they will call me to repair the hood support. It's March 2023 and I have yet to hear from the service department to fix my part. I came in for the oil change again in October 2022 and asked for the part to repair. Nobody seems to know what happened to part and schedule for repairs. It was a warranty repair and I have yet to hear from the service department. I would like to get my car fixed. I have 2021 Nissan Altima 2.5 SR. My Contact information is as follows: dr.
