I'm only giving this dealership 2 stars because I really like my vehicle and our sales agent Jasmine was very nice. Carlos Aguilar has a very pleasant personality but he is a fast talker and does NOT explain the contract in detail. He will add unrequested contracts and additions to the contract and claim he told you about them when questioned later. That is not a good look for the dealership. People come there to purchase vehicles. No need for fast talk, padding contracts and deniability. We feel taken advantage of and will NOT recommend this dealership to anyone!! More

We had a wonderful experience buying a used car for my mother-in-law at Nissan of San Bernardino! We couldn't have worked with a better salesman, Johnathan Lopez. Poor communication and techs lack knowledge/skill in major repairs. They take weeks to return a phone call; and they don’t tell you what’s going on or keep you abreast of updates. GM prioritizes coveri major repairs. They take weeks to return a phone call; and they don’t tell you what’s going on or keep you abreast of updates. GM prioritizes covering up sloppy customer service as does their “advocate” Brooke. After keeping 2020 Nissan for 5+ months, they were still unable to determine cause of failure, work stoppage only at partial engine tear down. Highly discourage anyone from stepping foot at this service center. All they do is cover their behinds for poor work. More

I would give no stars if I could. I just talked to the assistant manager who called me an angry person. I came in for service for my 2017 Nissan I purchased a gold bumper to bumper warranty I guess the ca assistant manager who called me an angry person. I walked in an was greeted by a young fellow who when I asked, refused to wear his mask. I watched through the window and the service tech also did not wear a mask, sweat and spit were undoubtedly going all over my car. I was there for 7hours, and they had no water, the vending machine was out of order, and when I asked for a loaner vehicle, he said actually the loaner is having it's breaks worked on, CDC guidelines recommend masks to stop the spread of covid 19. This dealership is a problem, I regret purchasing a vehicle from Larry h Miller. They are difficult to deal with, saying I should not be an internet warrior, and perhaps not be so angry with the very poor service I received...car is still broken, please go to a different dealer More
I had lost confidence in dealership service center and had gone to a new one for me for the first time. I was pleasantly surprised! The service department was great! And they solved my car problem.
