After talking to the assistant manager, Loraine I believe her name is, she called me an internet warrior, and that I should not be giving bad reviews, regardless of how I was treated, and the lack of masks and drinking water for 6 hours, and the fact that they sent me home without my car being repaired, I would not recommend the gold warrantee, even though it is called a bumper to bumper coverage, it does not cover things like speakers, so it's a 2017, and a pile of broken junk the manager has so far refused to answer my calls, it's been over a week
