Outstanding experience, from the initial phone call to pick up from service. We experienced a major air conditioning problem on vacation...in Florida in July on the road...I was nervous about repairs bein pick up from service. On Thursday 7/9/2020 I came in for an oil change. I also knew I needed new tires based off of my last visit for an oil change. Last time I was in there they gave me a quote of $600 & change for a set of 4 b knew I needed new tires based off of my last visit for an oil change. Last time I was in there they gave me a quote of $600 & change for a set of 4 brand new tires and this time I was charged $900 plus. When I asked why the price changed all they could tell me was there was “probably” a promotion going on at that time. I am not pleased with the amount I paid for the tires, especially considering I could’ve went elsewhere and got 4 new tires for way less than what I was charged on Thursday. More
