I understand your frustration with your vehicle. Nissan of Stockton did all we could to help resolve the issue with the transmission. We were able to secure you %80 coverage from Nissan and Nissan of Stockton covered $500 of the portion you had to pay. Nissan of Stockton also covered your rental at no charge from the time of failure to completion of the repairs. (11 days $630.00). We attempted to get Nissan to cover the whole repair but due to the vehicle age and mileage %80 is the max contribution. That is why we contributed what we did without hesitation. It's unfortunate that even after we paid $1130.00 and Nissan paid $5157.78 you still felt the need to leave us a poor review. Nissan of Stockton will always continue to try and do the right thing.
