I paid $3800 and they couldn’t even shut down a false alarm light, they said I didn’t tell them to shut it down. They changed their attitude just because I don’t want a new tire, and break, they say tire alarm light, they said I didn’t tell them to shut it down. They changed their attitude just because I don’t want a new tire, and break, they say tire pressure is low because tire is bald, if you have a brain you know that’s not true. And about the breaks, there is a noise of the break since the first day I bought it. It’s a high performance break it definitely has noises. The assistant manager said he will call me back on the following Tuesday, guess what, it’s the third Thursday already nobody called. Terrible experience. More

Never purchased a car from this location, but have had them service my vehicles multiple times over the years. Service department is great and most recently was able to help figure out my brake issue. I d them service my vehicles multiple times over the years. Service department is great and most recently was able to help figure out my brake issue. I do wish when someone comes in saying they are having brake troubles and think it is the rear/front that the techs don't only focus on that one area. Should be standard practice to check the brakes on the entire vehicle when someone comes in with concerns about noise. Still, the issue was resolved and I am grateful. More
