This a message I sent to the dealer after service… My service experience was quite the let-down. I went in thinking about routine services oil change /tire rotation, which I made clear) and was manipulat service experience was quite the let-down. I went in thinking about routine services oil change /tire rotation, which I made clear) and was manipulated to do more than I requested. Especially being a foreign female, with a language barrier. After paying $417 for all I wanted was an oil change, I felt cheated (never felt like that at any Dealership before). These service people need to be trained on how to listen, clarify with a customer before signature request, and not always trying to distract to sell services. Furthermore, the vehicle is a Leased property , and any additional services not completed could/should have been applied to the END of the lease. My next car will be from a Nissan provider that can listen, clarify and be receptive and appreciative of a customer’s request and needs. Furthermore, all tire pressures were returned LOW. I am currently on my way back to the dealer to fix tire pressure issue. Hope this helps make them better for the next customer. More
The worst custumer service I have ever received. Had an appointment for 8am and i was the first person to arrive for a basic oil change. Didnt leave the dealer until 3 hours later!
