Hace poco tiempo dejé una excelente opinión acerca de mi compra con la vendedora ALMA y la agencia Nissan de Torrance pero sinceramente el carro está inoperativo y no sirve ya que resulta ser que esta lleno compra con la vendedora ALMA y la agencia Nissan de Torrance pero sinceramente el carro está inoperativo y no sirve ya que resulta ser que esta lleno de fallas y apenas lo compre hace 1 mes y medio y es año 2019 y según tiene garantía extendida y nadie quiere apoyarme ni darme solución al Problema y todos me cuelgan la llamada . No se quieren hacer responsables y ahora a mi me toca gastar muchísimo dinero por fallas que vienen directamente del motor y sensores y según estaban cubiertas y ahora resulta que no era cierto. Esto es una vergüenza . UPDATED August 2022: I received a call from the Service Manager & the Owner of this dealership regarding my issue. I feel like they heard me. They took responsibility and apologized for the issue with my car, we talked extensively about what happened and how they will address things in the future to ensure it doesn't happen again to anyone else. I feel like the message has been received and that they will work diligently to avoid anything like this in the future. I would be open to using this dealership to do work on my car again. I purchased my car new from this dealership. Service is hit or miss. I took my car in for brakes early June 2022 and to address a transmission problem. It took two weeks due to warranty delays, but they got the transmission replaced and the brakes done. Two weeks after that, we're headed for the freeway. I go over a bump in the road, the kind from treeroots, and my front wheel comes off, I lose control and the vehicle becomes undriveable, leaving us in the middle of an intersection.The police stop to assist and confirm it can't be moved. The tow truck arrives and says how strange, he thinks the control arm wasn't connected, as it isn't broken, its just laying on the ground intact. The car is towed and left at the dealership on a Sunday. My Dealership rep tells me the next day, that because I am valued as a customer, they are doing the work for free, replacing the control arm and part of the axle as well. I ask why it happened, she says its normal wear and tear. It is not normal for a well maintained car with 54k miles, to have a control arm come off without breaking or tearing driving 30 miles an hour on a paved road. It wasn't a coincidence that the front end that they worked on, had a strange accident 10 days later, in the same front area of the car. My insurance adjuster with 30 years industry experience including as a mechanic, agreed that it was human error that caused this problem. I wasn't offered an apology, an explanation or even a rental car. When I went to pick up my car 3 days later, the service manager did not take the time to meet me, as he should have, and I was told they used my warranty to do the repairs and they paid the $100 copay for me as a courtesy. This shouldn't have been a warranty fix. This was dealership error. I had three industry people confirm the only way the arm isn't damaged like that, is that it wasn't connected and it just fell out of place when jostled. I have photos of it. Had I gone on the freeway, and the wheel came off, at a high rate of speed the car would have flipped and we could have all died. I am owed a serious apology. I have been lied to and manipulated multiple times over this, I cannot trust this dealership with my car or safety again. Immediately after picking up my car after the fix, I took it to a AAA approved repair shop for an inspection, they needed to tighten two bolts connecting control arm to the wheel. There have been multiple opportunities to make this right, and it hasn't happened, so I can't trust these people with my car. More
