I waited almost 4 hours to get my car serviced only to receive a text that it would take another 1.5 to 2 hours because they had not started working in my car. The service person was rude and condescendin receive a text that it would take another 1.5 to 2 hours because they had not started working in my car. The service person was rude and condescending when I voiced my concerns over the wait period and only then when I asked to speak with his manager dis they offer to take me home. That service should have been offered when I fist got there it's free. Also the service person tried to upsale services I didn't need and had I stayed another 1.5 to 2 hours and let them work on my car I would have paid $92.26 more for an air filter i didn't need ( according to Oscar at Cerritos) than I paid at Cerritos. I can guarantee I will never return to Nissan of Torrance to have my car serviced. Another thing the dumb xxx left the air filter underneath the hood of my car not in the proper location, this was pointed out to me by the service tech when I went to Cerritos Nissan yesterday. More
