Dealership is clean and fairly efficient. Brought Altima in for routine service (oil and filter change) and some warranty issues: dash rattle, transmission, and driver-side carpet mat anchor. Brought Altima in for routine service (oil and filter change) and some warranty issues: dash rattle, transmission, and driver-side carpet mat anchor. Service department could not find dash rattle and stated transmission had no problems. They did replace a plastic anchor for the carpet floor mat. So….they accomplished 1/3. When I had rattle issues with my Toyota products, the dealership was able to solve them. This was the second time I brought the car in for the dash rattle, with no luck. Not impressed with Nissan build quality. More
