Apparently there’s been a recall on my car. It’s been there for YEARS! Every time I have service check on it, they say it was already fixed but the system still shows it as open. So, this time the advisor, Manny, asked if I wanted to take care of the recall. I explained and asked how long it would take. He said I’d have to pick it up the next day. So, I declined. When the oil change was done and I went home, I looked at the receipt and it stated that I declined the recall AND the inspection of the brakes, power steering, coolant, trans, air filter, cabin filter!!! I had only declined the unnecessary and time consuming RECALL. Also, before the appointment time, I received an email asking if I would like an estimate on my car while I was waiting for the oil change. I replied yes and it was confirmed. I never received an estimate. The next day (today), I received a text asking if I wanted to bring in my car for an estimate!!! 🤦🏻♂️ 3 stars for the great coffee machine, though! More
