In the past I have been very satisfied, not this time. I asked for the $39,99 Oil Change price that I had seen advertised on an Torrance Nissan parts delivery truck, in which he told me that was an old pr I asked for the $39,99 Oil Change price that I had seen advertised on an Torrance Nissan parts delivery truck, in which he told me that was an old price, that $59,99 was the only price advertised on the website. I asked to speak with a manager and he told me that he would take care of it, to just have a seat. I was originally given an estimate that my car would be ready the earliest 12pm. the latest 2pm, my car ended up being ready around 3:30pm. I ended up not receiving the $39.99 for the Oil Change & then I get a 10% discount card in the mail for service within my mailbox. So after $600 service repairs. you might see, I am not at all happy with my service experience. More
