I made an appointment for needed recall and oil change. I was told I couldn’t get it done that week because they had to order the part so I made it for the following week. At pick up I was informed the rec I was told I couldn’t get it done that week because they had to order the part so I made it for the following week. At pick up I was informed the recall work wasn’t done because they didn’t have the part. They said they would order the part and I would have to spend another half a day wasted waiting for the repair. They had a Lyft take me home but I spent $20 taking a Lyft back. Now I will have to spend another $20 on a Lyft. Very disappointed with this bad customer service. More
