Hello Nanci, I am truly disappointed to read your review as I personally replied to your text messages. When I initially texted with you it was in response to a follow up message to you sent by one of our managers. The text was to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase, this message was sent to you on February 6th, in which you later responded stating "Great purchase, but has horrible smell" please keep in mind that you purchased this vehicle on February 3rd, therefore it was not 12hrs from the time that you purchased that you reported this foul smell. When you replied to the follow up message asking how your experience was is when you 1st mentioned this smell which was once again on February 6th. I did reply to you and invited you back in case we had missed something. I also asked if you had brought this up to your sales representative or manager and you stated, "I didn't bring it up because I didn't want to be rude". I replied back to you on February 10th and once again offered for you to come in and even provided my email and never heard back from you. If you recall I also asked if you could please provide pictures of the mess, but I never received a response via text nor email. I also shared with you that I had investigated this further and the person that preps these vehicles states that the vehicle was detailed prior to putting it up for sale and your sales representative also stated that the vehicle was in great shape with no signs of any smells. I shared this with you and that was the last message I sent to you, once again with no response from you. I can forward the text thread to you if need be.
