My process was a little to long, close to 7 hrs? I wasnt offered any lunch? Only that they have a venting machine? Also I wasnt told about any dents, scratches on the car? I did find a few?? Also Im receiving mail from other Lenders regarding my Financing, there saying FALSE Accusations against me about my HISTORY?? I dont appreciate that? Its suppose to be PERSONAL? I Dont want any MAIL SENT TO THE PHYSICAL ADDRESS I HAVE ON FILE, I had to CALL THE LENDER that accepted my LOAN, TO GIVE MY PO BOX ADDRESS, And that the MAIL I RECEIVED WAS NOT SEALED?? VERY CONCERNING?? I EMAILED MR. DUARTE AND I haven't received any ANSWERS??I dont know why they couldnt WORK HARDER to FIND A CLOSER LENDER?? June 7th, 2024 - Everyone with 7am appointments had to wait over 1-1/2 hours before service personnel came in to work. There was no prior notice of the service personnel schedule. Service was good.
