They both explained that you had checked in early for your appointment; however, the customer that Chris assisted before you did have an earlier appointment set up. We know you had waited prior to that customer arriving, but you were scheduled in later. Chris should have been professional in his response and explained the situation to you. We can assure you that we do not find his behavior acceptable and have addressed your experience with Chris and his Manager. I am glad Yvonne was able to provide a positive experience. Nissan Consumer affairs did get in contact with Yvonne regarding your vehicle concerns, they will be scheduling you back to have your vehicle checked again. As previously discussed, I did look into this, and you did get 2 years of complimentary oil changes for the equivalent of 4 oil changes within that 2-year period. You should have received an oil change booklet with 4 free oil change coupons during the purchase of your vehicle. The services you recently had done, are dealer recommended services based on miles or year of your vehicle. You did purchase a Nissan preferred warranty which does cover some repairs, but none of which were covered during your most recent visit. If you wish to further discuss I would be happy to.
