Firstly, I want to sincerely apologize if you felt that our Advisor was condescending or overly focused on money during your visit on July 13, 2024. It is never our intention to make any customer feel uncomfortable or undervalued. We aim to create a welcoming environment where our customers feel respected. During your 1st visit with Richard back on July 13th, we performed an oil change and tire rotation. This is a standard maintenance to maintain the health of your vehicle. Our Advisors are trained to provide recommendations based on the condition of the vehicle. Based on the CarFax history you are the 5th owner of the 2013 Sentra and was just purchased in 2024 by you. We must consider the year and miles as the prior owners may have not performed the necessary services or repairs. This may have been the cause for the recommendations made on your 2nd service visit as there were quite a few codes discovered during the diagnostic. These findings and repairs are crucial for ensuring the safety and reliability of your vehicle. While we understand that this may have been unexpected, it is part of our responsibility to inform you.
