My experience was horrible. Manny was very weird with me from the start, showing me pictures of his mold infect home. I felt lowballed when Manny said I needed a new battery and gave me a price quote. I said let's do it. Then he calls me 10 minutes later telling me it was $100 more. When I came to pick up my car it took well over 30 minutes for the team to locate my car (which was blocked in by another car) and then they could not find the keys for the other car. Unfortunately, I can never come back to Nissan Torrance. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Went for the promotion for the oil change and tire rotation. Also my car is a recall as well, I was concerned about an engine light being on and was told by staff they would check my car overall .
